Christopher addresses elements and performance in his Voguing course. Elements include hands performance, catwalks, duck walks, spin and dips and floor performance. Performance includes old way, new way and Vogue fem. For the warm up, Christopher uses yoga and dance units to properly prepare the body. This is followed by the technique and drills of the voguing elements, which are used in choreography or as freestyle. Openness and an understanding of the culture and origin of voguing are extremely important.
