The dance course in detail

Pole Intermediate / Advanced with Robin means 15-20 min warm-up with conditioning for the muscle groups that we need at the pole. Then every time you
learn a new combination of tricks on the pole on spinning or static. Intermediate / Advanced means that you should be able to do an invert relatively safely in any case, as many of the tricks we do in the course are based on this. At the end everyone can repeat what they have learned or just flow around the pole a bit before we end the lesson with a short cool-down. The sport / dance comes from the club scene and has long taken place on the fringes of society – so it is important to recognize the origins of pole dance and the people behind it and to be grateful that we are all swinging around the pole in our own way today can.
